1 Introduction and Applicability

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method you used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time after claiming the bonus.

• Any attempt to claim the bonus using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

9bdb offers cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotional offers from time to time. All such offers will have their own terms and conditions.

• Bonus offers that are not used within the specified time may be automatically cancelled.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds is lost, that bonus will not be given again.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system ("bonus hunting") may result in account restriction or closure.
• 9bdb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if evidence of abuse is found.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• The use of bots, automation software, or hacking tools of any kind is prohibited.

5.2 Technical Issues

The 9bdb VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

A member may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on their gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change and 9bdb reserves the right to change them with prior notice.
